Herb Tea
To make herb tea, boil 1 cup (8 ounces) water and add 1tsp. dried/3tsp. fresh herbs. Let it steep for five minutes or so and strain into your favorite mug. Sweeten with honey or sugar. Some of my favorite herbs to use are:
Lemon Balm
Lemon Verbena
Lavender
Jasmine
Rose Petals
Chamomile
Peppermint
Spearmint
